General Changes

New bounty plugin has been added. Commands are as follows:
• /bounty list - Pops up a menu displaying all current bounties
• /bounty add [player] - Adds onto a players bounty
• /bounty get [player] - Views a specific players bounty

Spawners now cost differently depending on your requested mob.
Zombie, Skeleton, Spider, and Cave Spider Spawners
• $1,000,000

Blaze Spawner
• $2,500,000

Any Other Mob (excluding Giants, Withers, Dragons)
• $10,000,000

Economy Changes

Buffs
• Sponge: 500 -> 1000
• Wool: 1 -> 2
• Obsidian: 25 -> 50
• Glowstone Dust: 1 -> 5
• Wheat: 5 -> 8
• Leather Chestplate: 10 -> 12
• Leather Leggings: 10 -> 12.5

Nerfs
• Redstone Torch: 32 -> 2
• Repeater: 110 -> 20
• Lapis Ore: 100 -> 50
• Lapis Block: 75 -> 50
• Painting: 25 -> 5
• Noteblock: 36 -> 10
• Bed: 68 -> 10
• Bow: 15 -> 10
• Dispenser: 58 -> 20
